What’s the minimum order for catering?

Catering pickup and delivery orders start at 20 guests. Catering delivery orders require a $300 minimum.

Can you accommodate smaller groups?

For guest counts below 20 people, order a la carte here. Our pitmaster recommends 1/2 lb meat and (2) 6-oz sides per person. Remember to add-on slider buns, sauce, dessert, and plateware!

How does staffing work for full-service events?

Our team can handle setup, serving, and cleanup. Staffing fees depend on your final guest count, menu, and event details.

Do you accommodate dietary needs?

Absolutely. We’re happy to provide vegan, vegetarian, or custom options. Just let us know when booking.

A signed agreement and a deposit reserve your spot. We’ll guide you through payment timelines and planning from there.

Yes, we deliver within 50 miles of Tampa. For larger distances, just ask and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
