From the firehouse to Station House
Food is how we bring people together.
Station House BBQ was founded by retired firefighter Anthony Fonseca and his wife, Allison, a local school teacher. What began as meals shared with first responders grew into a Tampa Bay hospitality company built around smoked meats, scratch-made sides, and genuine service.
Anthony brought the discipline and teamwork of the firehouse. Allison brought the warmth that turns a meal into hospitality. Together, they built a business where the food has to be memorable and the people have to feel cared for.
Our mission is simple: serve exceptional food, honor those who serve, and strengthen the community around us.
