Q: When can I pick up my order?
A: Pickup is available during restaurant hours — Thursday (Cubans & Brisket Cuban) and Friday & Saturday (BBQ), 11am–3pm. You'll select your preferred pickup time when placing your order.
Q: Why do you require pre-orders?
A: Pre-ordering ensures you get our freshest BBQ, smoked perfectly for your pickup time. It also helps us minimize waste and serve every customer quickly!
Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: Order as early as possible. The standard cutoff is 9:00 PM ET the day before pickup, and we may close earlier if we sell out or reach capacity.
