Brisket Pho x Bamboozle
We brought our slow-smoked brisket to the table and Bamboozle brought their craft — and the result was Brisket Pho, a mashup of Tampa Bay barbecue and Vietnamese comfort food. Smoky, savory, and unlike anything else in town.
The Hoagie House Brisket x Gateway Subs
Next we linked up with Gateway Subs for The Hoagie House Brisket — our brisket, their sub game. A handheld love letter to two local kitchens that take their craft seriously. We even put it up in lights:
