Our smokehouse is at 5214 N Nebraska Ave, Tampa, FL 33603. We cook there, and we cater throughout Wesley Chapel and the rest of Pasco County. So while you won't find a Station House storefront in Wesley Chapel, you can absolutely get our barbecue at your Wesley Chapel event — brought to you, or ready for pickup.
If you'd like to eat at the restaurant in Tampa, we serve BBQ on Friday and Saturday, 11 AM–3 PM, and our Brisket Cuban on Thursdays, 11 AM–3 PM. For anything in Wesley Chapel, catering is the way to go, and it runs on your event's schedule rather than restaurant hours.
Station House is firefighter-owned and operated, and we've catered events of more than 3,000 guests.

HOW MUCH FOOD SHOULD YOU ORDER?
Sizing an order is the most common question we get. For our Express Catering sides, the pan guidance is straightforward:
- →A half pan feeds approximately 12–15 people.
- →A full pan feeds approximately 25–30 people.
Meat quantities depend on your headcount, how many meats you offer, and whether barbecue is the main meal or one part of a larger spread. Rather than guess, give us your guest count and the type of event, and we'll recommend the right amounts.
ORDERING FOR DIFFERENT GROUP SIZES
Small groups and office lunches: our Express Catering is built for this — quick pickup or delivery. It carries a 24-hour notice, a $250 minimum for pickup (Sunday–Wednesday), and a $500 food minimum for delivery.
Parties and mid-size events: a mix of meats and a few sides, with rolls and sauce.
Large events, weddings, and corporate catering: we've catered events of more than 3,000 guests. Bigger and full-service events need more lead time and a short planning conversation so the quantities, timing, and setup are right. Start with a catering request.
