Information you provide

When you contact Station House BBQ or request catering, we receive the information you submit, such as your name, company, email, phone number, event date, guest count, service address, menu preferences and special requests. Please provide only the information needed to help with your inquiry.

How we use information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange orders and payments, plan service, provide customer support and maintain business records. Our website also uses analytics and advertising tools, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and Vercel Analytics, to understand visits and campaign performance. These tools may process browser, device, page-view, cookie and referral information. Browser settings and the relevant providers offer controls for cookies and advertising preferences.

Service providers and payments

Authorized staff and providers that support website hosting, email, customer relationship management, order operations and payment processing may process information needed for those services. These include services such as Vercel, Resend, GoHighLevel and Square. Payment providers handle payment information under their own policies. Do not send card numbers through our catering inquiry form, email or text.

Text-message consent and privacy

Our catering form offers an optional, unchecked box for messages about your inquiry and order. If you select it and submit the form, we record your phone number, choice, submission time, source page and consent wording. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent you from requesting catering or purchasing.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-message opt-in data and consent will not be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing. Providers supporting delivery of our messages may process the information solely to provide that service.

Retention and your requests

We retain inquiry, order, communication and consent records as needed to provide services, document choices, resolve disputes and meet recordkeeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for business or legal obligations. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling a request.
