Terms & Messaging
Station House BBQ · Updated September 13, 2026
Catering inquiries and orders
Submitting a catering inquiry requests a response; it does not by itself confirm availability, pricing or a booking. The applicable quote, order and catering agreement govern your purchase, payment schedule, changes and cancellation terms. These website and messaging terms do not replace those order-specific terms.
Station House BBQ order text messages
You may choose to receive texts about your catering inquiry and order, including responses to questions, requested quotes, secure payment links, booking confirmations and pickup or delivery updates. Message frequency varies with your inquiry and order. Message and data rates may apply.
How to opt in
On our catering request form, enter your phone number, select the optional text-message checkbox and submit your request. The checkbox is not selected by default. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number alone does not grant SMS consent. This choice covers inquiry and order messages, not promotional campaigns.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to opt out of the text-message program. You may receive a final confirmation of your opt-out. For help, reply HELP, email info@stationhousebbq.com or call (813) 625-1082. You can also contact us directly to withdraw consent. Opting out of texts does not cancel your order; contact us for any order changes.
Your phone number and delivery
Provide a number you control and let us know if it changes. Message delivery depends on carrier and network availability and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. For urgent order questions, please call us rather than relying on a text.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and record your messaging choices. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not sold or shared for third-party marketing.
